WREATH MATERIALS:

Dried autumn leaves of different colors, sizes, and textures

Standard Wire Wreath Frame 14″

Strong wire cutters

Burlap Jute Ribbon

Electrical tape

Fall Wreath Accessories and Decorations

Glue

FALL WREATH INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Cut through each of the wires on the frame to create an opening.
  2. Cut a slit in the middle of each leaf to ensure it passes through the wire.
  3. Insert the leaves through the cut wires. You can insert them facing front, back, up or down. This will create a puffy look.
  4. After you are done inserting the leaves, cut the longer leaf stems to prevent them from protruding.
  5. Seal the cut wire with the electrical tape to prevent it from poking the leaves.
  6. Make two loops on the ribbon then use it to cover the part with the electrical tape.
  7. You can stick the other fall decorations on the leaves using glue. It is better to use small decorations which don’t put a lot of weight on the leaves.
  8. Hang the wreath on your front door.

A fall leaf wreath helps you to greet your guests with seasonal elements before they set foot in your house. This one will make your home look warm and welcoming. It will give your entryway a dash of color. Avoid using faux leaves as they are not unique. Additionally, they will cost you money. Get out and pick leaves in your neighborhood. You’ll be surprised at how your simple leaves will metamorphose when used on a wreath.
